I grew up in China’s southwestern frontier Xishuangbanna, and went on to Guangzhou to complete my academic education with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese literature.
Interested in travel and cooking from an early age on, I extend my interests with photography. I developed a unique style with the eye for the detail and the beauty within the ordinary. This blog is a journal of my recipes, travels and anything that inspires me. After living in Hamburg, Germany for seven and half years, we now call Seattle home.
